This awkward space in this front garden was a pain to mow and maintain, so here is a useful solution – plant it up!

This awkward area was planted up with a range of evergreen shrubs, Jasmine up the fence, Ceanothus, Hydrangea Paniculata, Hebe, Euonymous, Skimmia, Pieris, Viburnum and Choisyia, all shrubs which will grow and blend together to create a mass of foliage, rather than an awkward grass patch
