A New Build Garden project in all it’s shiny glory!
This project sums up what we can do with our small New Build garden Plots. A small patch of garden here, two tiers and simply building waste for soil.
Nothing was growing here. We dug down and there was only rubble. To be expected with a new build. We designed and built this whole space from top to bottom.
We wanted to make sure we made the garden practical and useful for modern day life. A place to sit, eat and relax on a new Indian Sandstone Patio. We wanted to make it practical, including a stepping stone pathway to the new lawn on the second tier.
We also wanted to bring in much needed Insect life and create a vibrant green oasis in the middle of what is a pretty destitute place. We did this. As soon as we brought in flowers, trees, planting, we saw insect life appearing. Bees, ladybirds, beetles, worms (in the turf). All life!
And this is what our gardens bring, and this is how we design them. Righting the wrongs on New Build estates and bringing life to empty areas of the UK, through well designed picture perfect back yards.
