New build properties are great, but the gardens, not so much.
Often the garden with a New Build Property is the afterthought. A patch of grass with a few shrubs planted to the outskirts.
Here, we revamped the garden space from top to bottom, planting in trees, more shrubs and perennial colour. This has lifted the space and given it some oomph!
It was important within the design that we kept the shrubs, we removed about 90% and we replaced them with smaller hard wearing shrubs that can afford to have a football kicked at them – the client has a family.
But we wanted to create a space for Mum and Dad also, to enjoy on a warm summers day, perennial planting that will last and a garden that grows with the family.
