A home for Hydrangea
Right plant right place is the key to good gardening, and the key plant here, Hydrangea.
Hydrangea Paniculata is a lovely shrub, which tolerates shaded conditions well, although it will grow in full sun. The creamy white blooms brighten up a shaded area. This bed, in a north facing garden is perfect for it.
Underplanting and companion planted with Asters, Geraniums, Astrantia, all reused and divided from other areas of the garden, this bed planted now in October should get a good head start on next spring when the plants have established good roots in their new homes.
