Prairie Perfection

We’ve come full circle, and what we planted is now in full bloom.

Nothing delights me better when a plan comes together, when a good solid planting plan works out.

Here with one of my most exciting projects of the year we have the final results of the year. We began planting these prairie beds with grasses in late winter, perennials in spring and maintained it throughout the year.

Now in high summer we have the beauty of the Echinacea, Rudbekhia, Verbena and Veronicastrum all playing their part. Backed up by these wonderful grasses this is a true prairie planting, designed to create full effect.

Really pleasing results, healthy plants and a project that has come to fruition beautifully.
