Heroic Hostas

All of us have tricky shaded places in our gardens – here’s a solution.

Right plant, right place, is the key motto when it comes to good planting.

Shade? Most plants thrive on maximum sunlight, but some will tolerate a little shade and Hostas are one plant that loves these conditions.

In this garden the client wanted to add in a border along the pathway, Hostas were the solution to this tricky planting aspect on a North facing part of the garden.

Hostas are beautiful, lovely lush leaves with a flower in August, whats not to love.
